Come cook with us
On our retreats, you'll learn to cook dishes from right across the Mediterranean, visit the local producers behind them, and stay at a beautiful Catalan farmhouse estate. Days are spent wandering the coastline, swimming in the sea, and eating outside at one long table, over many courses, a few too many bottles of wine, and more stories about food than anything else. It's less a cooking school, more a few days spent living the Mediterranean way, properly.
