We bring the same seasonal, handmade approach to every event we cook for. A wedding, where the menu ends up built entirely around what you actually love to eat, not a set list. A private dinner at your own house or villa, where we handle everything from the shopping to the washing up. A party, formal or informal, built around the shape of your event rather than the other way round. Or someone else's retreat entirely, where we step in as the retreat chef, cooking breakfasts, lunches, and dinners the same way we'd cook for our own guests. Steve leads every event personally, working with the same local producers and markets that shape our own retreats, and we can help beyond the food too, equipment, bar service, whatever the day actually needs.
